Hürrem Carolin Keskin was born in Herrenberg/Germany. She graduated from Izmir Buca Anatolian High School with first place. She studied law at Istanbul Bahcesehir University Faculty of Law with 100% scholarship. She had the privilege to do an internship at the Berlin Ministry of Justice( Tiergarten Court). After her internship at Izmir Bar Association, she received her Attorney's license in 2015. She is fluent in German and English. In 2018, she was entitled to become a "Conciliator" under the Ministry of Justice. In 2019, she completed his master's degree in "European and International Law" at the Saarland University-European Institute, Germany. She is writing her thesis with Prof. Stefan Weber in English on " A comparative study on provisional attachments granted by the arbitral tribunal between the EU countries and Turkey.“She has been a German Sworn Translator since 2020. She is a lawyer registered to the official list of reliable German-speaking lawyers of the Federal German Consulate General in Izmir. In 2023, she was entitled to become a "Mediator" under the Ministry of Justice..
She founded the Keskin & Çevik Law Office to offer legal services to local and foreign clients.
